CLIENT: Cannatrek PROJECT BUDGET: $150M SERVICES: Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management along with Planning work CAF have been engaged to deliver Australian Medical Cannabis company - Cannatrek's Shepparton Production Facility through use of an Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) service model. Our project team has commenced finalising detailed design along with final planning in ready for Phase 1 construction commencement in 2021.

CLIENT: ADCO Construction PROJECT BUDGET: $73M SERVICES: Survey The $73 million Shepparton Law Courts will form a regional headquarters for the Hume/Goulburn region. The new facilities will reflect the most contemporary applications of courthouse design, information technology, environmental sustainability and changing justice delivery models. CAF are completing the cadastral survey and construction setout for this project.

CAF worked closely with CPE Construction and Managing Contactor Intrec to design and delivery a stage of the Victorian Tunnelling Centre at Holmsglen TAFE in Melbourne. CAF's scope included design services for the Replica Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) training facility. The TBM was imported from Germany. CAF's team collaborated closely with CPE/Intrec and the TBM supplier to provide all the supporting structural engineering design and constructon from Regional Victoria.

CLIENT: MSD2 Powder Silo Building Refurbishment Construction PROJECT BUDGET: $2M SERVICES: EPCM, Structural Design, 3D Modelling and design , Survey including drone

We are proud to have been involved in the Museum of Vehicle Evolution (MOVE) project resulting in the expansion of the existing Shepparton Motor Museum to see over 9000 square metres of indoor floor area. CAF have provided Project Management, Structural Engineering, Civil Design and Survey Services to contribute to the delivery of the project.

WHEN AGRICULTURE MEETS ARCHITECTURE: CAF's Agribusiness and Architectural teams are collaborating to design and construct a multi-use building on one of the many farms we currently have in design. The building will facilitate cooking classes, a commercial kitchen and dining areas with entertaining spaces including indoor and outdoor fire places.....one for the wine and foodies to visit when complete!
